1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been used.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via Phone/WhatsApp or Facebook Page with your order details and photos of the product.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method or as store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Skincare products that have been opened or used.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
