1. Eligibility for Returns
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been used.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us via Phone/WhatsApp or Facebook Page with your order details and photos of the product.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method or as store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Skincare products that have been opened or used.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
